Healing Broken Perspectives


A friend and I were chatting the other day and she shared with me that she was feeling really scattered and frustrated. This is not an uncommon state for either of us. It seems to just be run of the mill for anyone in their 20s as we face the ups and downs and perpetual uncertainty of this phase of our lives. Am I doing enough? Am I expecting too much? Will I ever get to where I want to go? These are common ponderings that plague all of us.
